Our meeting time is set 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. We understand how hard it can be to get out the door sometimes so this is a buffer time for late arrivals, stretching, diaper changes ; ) etc. Class begins promptly at 8:45am.  Our workouts include cardiovascular aerobics, stroller barre, and toddler yoga. The class is 45 mins , and you are encouraged to go at your own pace. At GoMom baby always comes first. You are always welcomed to nurse, feed, change etc. during class.

You will need

* yoga mat or towel
* a resistance band (light,med, or heavy)
* water bottle
* snacks for baby
* any toys or blankets that will keep baby comfortable
* you do not need a jogging stroller for our class, you are also welcomed to wear baby
